My name is Tricia Rivero, and I am thrilled to join the Incarnate Word School Community, where "God’s Love is Made Visible,” as your assistant principal. I look forward to partnering with you as we nurture the growth in mind and spirit for all our students. Professionally, I hold degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership through William Woods University. I bring with me a rich background of 12 years' experience in social work, with 2 of those years in the public-school setting, and 7 years in Catholic education. I am passionate about fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our students, and I am excited to contribute to their spiritual, academic, and emotional development. Personally, I am a cradle Catholic who grew up on a farm with my parents and three older sisters. I have been happily married to my best friend for 18 years, and together we have a wonderful daughter, Bianca, who is in the 5th grade here at Incarnate Word, and a playful poodle. Our family loves spending time together, traveling, and enjoying outdoor activities. In my spare time, I cherish moments with my girlfriends, whether we are out for dinner or simply enjoying each other’s company.
