Hello Everyone! My name is Adam Bitter. Incarnate Word has been my home since 1999! I love it here! I will answer the typical St. Louis question, I was born and raised here in the St. Louis area and I went to De Smet Jesuit High School. I really enjoyed my 5 years studying music at SIUE. I live across the pond in St. Charles with my wife Heather and my three daughters Sadie, Gracie, and Annie. For more than 25 years I have been leading and teaching music to young people, not only at Incarnate Word, but all over the Midwest. Watching people come alive when they experience God through their gifts and talents is a passion of mine. It reminds me of who God made me to be and renews me on a weekly basis. I love experiencing worship here at Incarnate Word, most especially at our liturgies and in a very, very special way our school Masses. Some of my hobbies beside music include, history (I love history!), fishing, camping, hiking, and really being outdoors in general. Experiencing God's presence in the beauty of his creation allows me to recharge and quiet down my every day thoughts and just be with Him. In short I love God, I love the church, I love my family, I love music, I love teaching, and I love Incarnate Word! I am very excited to get an opportunity to serve this community in any way I can!!
